Appointed as Technical Advisors by KMPG-Swaziland, Mosebo and KasieBoy Trading and Projects were tasked with auditing and evaluating processes involved in managing effective and efficient project management, as well as project execution methods in construction projects. In its assessment processes, KMPG-Swaziland looked into specifically three projects namely; the new SRA HQ, Mananga Point of Entry, and Ngewnya Point of Entry to ascertain that the chosen projects not only provided the SRA with value for money but also took into account that project appointments were also fair and just. The audit took to consideration the general construction contract management, projects cost management and the technical work as stated on the scope of works.
