CITY OF TSHWANE – A RE YENG PROJECT (PROJECT MANAGEMENT)
Mosebo Projects, has been entrusted on a sub consultancy to KasieBoy by the City of Tshwane, Department of Transport, IRPTN Division, with the comprehensive management and coordination of a major project spanning 18 months. A Re Yeng project is a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) for City of Tshwane where Mosebo was appointed to render services for Project Management.
REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF WORKSTREAM OUTPUTS:
- Strategic Advisory: The team provides strategic advice to the City, offering insights into the most effective approaches and solutions for project success.
- Specialist Services: Terms of reference for specialist services are developed and managed to ensure the engagement of qualified experts where necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorous review and approval processes are in place for all workstream deliverables, maintaining a focus on quality assurance and compliance with project objectives.
