Provision of Mechanical and Fire Protection Engineering services for the assessment of the fire protection system at Dube Tradezone 1 and Tradezone 2. Mosebo's role was to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the existing fire protection infrastructure, including site assessment of the pump house and plant, review of existing demand and storage capacity, and preparation of project demand for Tradezone 2. The assessment also covers compliance review and development of a cost recovery model and tariffs for third-party organisations.
