Provision of technical advisory services and financial modelling for the update of the BFI Business Case for the Vaal River City Project. Mosebo's role was to review and strengthen the existing business case in line with National Treasury's prescripts for BFI Funding, including vetting of costs for all bulk services such as water, sanitation, electricity, and roads & stormwater. The advisory services cover demand and market studies, socio-economic analysis, options analysis, risk assessment, financial modelling, budget and procurement planning, and preparation of the primary submission report for BFI funding application.
